Backstory
Olivia, former joint ruler of the Grand Duchy of Magnal and known as the Valiant Duke, was famous alongside her brother Roland for her prodigious talent with the sword since childhood. Even among the illustrious sword-wielding Magnal family, her talent stood out. She defeated opponents effortlessly, whether they were strong or weak. Her strength had reached the level of a phenomenon, and her people never thought of her as merely strong—she was a force of nature.
When the Rift Crisis occurred in Noctis Nebula, Olivia chose to stand against it. She fought against countless Rift aberrations for days on end, and when the battle finally ended, no one remained near her—not enemy nor ally. She set out again in search of enemies, not out of vengeance, but because she saw it as the duty of a ruler to bring an end to the war. After a fight that took her into the Rift, she found herself on Earth. Realizing the battle was over, she began to live in seclusion on the outskirts of the city, seeking to figure out what her purpose should be now that her duty as a ruler had ended.

4PC: Using a Combat Skill, gain 8% Slash DMG and 60 All DEF for 2R. If your Crit Chance 25% or lower, gain additional 12% Slash DMG and 90 All DEF.
4 PC: When hitting weakness of the target, increases Slash, Pierce, and Crush Boost by 40% each for that attack.
4 PC: Using a Combat Skill, gain 8% Slash DMG and 60 All DEF for 2R. If your Crit Chance 25% or lower, gain additional 12% Slash DMG and 90 All DEF.
Olivia is incredibly easy to build since her passive completely removes any Crit stats and converts them into Melee Attack. This means your focus should be on stacking Melee Attack and AP Recovery in substats to maximize her damage, speed and effectiveness in battles.
Her best-in-slot stigmata is the Jupiter set, which is practically made for her and can be purchased from the Special Operations shop. If you can’t afford the gold version, the 4★ variant is also a solid option.
This set grants 26% Slash DMG, 150 DEF, and a main stat bonus of 35% Melee Attack, along with HP% for added survivability. With this setup, all you need to do is stack more Melee Attack% in your substats. If Jupiter isn't available, you can use The Thousand Mile Weaver as an alternative.
For Sub Stats: Melee Attack > AP recovery > Anything else.

Olivia's Best Team
When I first saw Olivia’s kit in the patch notes, I thought she’d be my first-ever skip. But after testing her, she quickly became one of my favorites. Don’t let her Crit removal passive fool you, her damage is surprisingly high, and her massive AoE range makes her a powerhouse. One of her most insane traits is her ability to take zero damage from counterattacks whenever she hits an enemy and trigger their counters making her incredibly durable and strong.
And My favorite part? She’s perfect when you want to turn-off your brain or you just want to breeze through dailies, put her on auto and let her handle everything. she always prioritizes multiple targets when possible and her damage and aoe is massive.
For team building, all she really needs is a healer or atleast a shielder, and she’s good to go. You can even clear most Dopamine stages with just a two-unit team. And if possible give her someone who can taunt enemies to group them.
