Backstory
So Joo-hee is the daughter of the Vice Minister of the Interior, which oversees the Bureau of Rift Management, and her family has long been celebrated as a prestigious line of bureaucrats. However, Joo-hee herself didn't quite live up to the family's standards. Unable to join one of the older, more established departments, she was instead hired as a special recruit for the Dimension Immigration Department of the Bureau of Rift Management, which was severely understaffed.
Later, she managed to transfer to the Intelligence Department, a core division, which allowed her to maintain the title of an elite bureaucrat. This series of events, however, significantly hurt her self-esteem and contributed to her impulsive and attention-seeking personality.
To make matters worse, her father, concerned about the family's reputation, severely restricted her romantic relationships, which only heightened her yearning for freedom. Given these circumstances, it was almost inevitable that she would clash with Yeon Chae-young, the top elite of the Bureau of Rift Management, and soon enough, the two developed a notorious rivalry.
Though she is often dismissed as an incompetent nepotism hire, some believe that she has untapped potential.

So Joo-hee is one of the best support units in the game. She's an excellent defense shredder who boosts your team's overall damage by reducing enemy DEF and Boosting your total DPS up to three times.
At just 3 cost, she’s incredibly efficient and fits into most teams that need additional damage amplification.
She's become a must-have for Special Operations, where you need to clear stages quickly in fewer turns to maximize rewards. The catch? She really needs her exclusive weapon to shine. With it, She can Stack more DEF reduction and also she can hide at the end of her turn (if there are no allies within 3m), making her super safe to use—even when positioned near enemies or bosses. This also means you won’t need to invest in defensive stats for her survival, as she’ll avoid most damage altogether.
As a pure support and defense shredder, she’s easy to build. You don’t need to build her for damage—what matters most is AP Recovery and Starting AP, so she can act early and apply her debuffs right away. With her weapon keeping her hidden, you can safely ignore HP. That said, if you want you can add a little of Offensive stats for some bonus side damage, it’s totally fine.
- Best-in-slot – The Wind that Wanders the World (4-piece): Helps her act more consistently and apply defense shredding quickly for yor main carries. Just stack as many 2% AP Recovery sub-stats as possible.
- Alternative – The Record of Orphan Set (4-piece): A solid backup option if you’re missing Wind pieces. Still supports her AP Recovery needs while offering strong supportive stats overall.

Conceal
When attacking an enemy’s weak point, uses optical camouflage to hide. Once per round, has a 20% chance to gain [Conceal: Stealth] upon a weak attack. The activation chance increases by 1% for every 1% of current lost HP. [Conceal: Stealth]: Becomes hidden and cannot be targeted by enemy skills.
